We offer a very simple booking process to our Clients.
Like any other professional string quartet, we require a certain amount of deposit to hold your date and time in our calendar. As soon as we receive this deposit, we send you our brief contract to formalize our agreement. The contract is simple with no fine print. It contains only your wedding ceremony details with the agreed price and both parties signatures.
In order to fill out the contract properly, we need the following information from you along with the deposit.
- Name of the Bride
- Date and exact time of the Ceremony
- Exact location with physical address
- Contact person (if any such as wedding coordinator, friend, or parents in charge)
- Best phone number
- Best email address to send contract to
- Duration (ceremony only, or ceremony plus reception)
- Solo, Duo, Trio, or Quartet
Please specify if you wish for a member of the European Ensemble to attend the wedding rehearsal. We charge $75.00 in the Dallas area for this service.
The remaining balance is due seven business days before the event. Every financial transaction has a written confirmation from us for your records.
